Introduction

By using Zanky Market NG, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful item descriptions

  • Upload clear pictures

  • Ensure the item is in good working condition

  • Be available for pickup or delivery arrangements

 

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Inspect the item at pickup

  • Confirm receipt of the item in good condition

  • Provide accurate delivery details

 

Payments

Payments can be arranged directly between the buyer and seller or made securely through our system.
Sellers receive their money after buyer confirms successful delivery.

 

Commissions

If payments are arranged between buyer and seller, Zanky market don't take any commission for that.

If payments are made through Zanky Escrow, we charge a small 2% commission for items less than 100,000 naira and 1% for items more than that per completed sale.

 

Prohibited Items

  • Stolen items

  • Fake or counterfeit products

  • Illegal goods

  • Weapons

  • Expired or unsafe items

 

Liability

Zanky Market NG is a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
We do not take responsibility for disputes caused by dishonesty from either party.
However, we can assist both sides to reach fair resolution.
