At Zanky Market NG, all deliveries are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.
We provide the contact details number of the seller.

• Delivery fees are agreed between buyer and seller

• Delivery is done through riders, logistics companies, or physical pickup

• Buyer must inspect item upon receipt

 

Returns Policy

Because we deal with fairly-used items:

• All sales are final

• Returns are not accepted once the buyer confirms the item is received

• Sellers must provide honest and accurate descriptions

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect the item during pickup or delivery

We aim to protect both buyers and sellers throughout every transaction.
